After 3 long weeks of striking, the studios submitted an offer to writers:  A three-year deal offered by the producers that would allow the writers to make $130 million above the more than $1 billion they currently earn. The writers rejected. But don’t take that number as greed, it doesn’t show you the billions of dollars the studio makes on everything that is released.

The union says the writers would only make $250 from a year’s re-use of an hour-long show on the Internet - a fraction of what they make for a network rerun.

The Writers Guild offered a counter-proposal they say would cost the industry $151 million over three years, which amounts to a three-percent increase in writer’s pay.

Two confirmed cast reports for you. Unlike previous reports, ACIN and IESB have confirmed these with multiple sources.

Australian Who Magazine is reporting that 32-year-old Australian supermodel Megan Gale has been cast as Wonder Woman in George Miller’s Justice League of America and 21-year-old Armie Hammer has been cast as Batman.

In what some internet fan boards have been calling “The Teen Titans”, this movie seems to be on a one way path to hell. Megan has only appeared in two films thus far: the 2001 Italian film Stregati dalla luna and the 2005 Rob Cohen movie Stealth. She stands 5’10’’, has brown hair and green eyes. At least she looks like Wonder Woman, unlike previous reports. Hammer has the physical stats of the Dark Knight, standing 6 foot 5 inches tall and has had small roles in Veronica Mars and Desperate Housewives and the films Flicka and Blackout.
