Five months after throwing a 15-year-old kid over his shoulders and off the stage, R&B singer Akon has been formally charged by New York police.

Officials in upstate New York filed charges yesterday of misdemeanor endangering the welfare of a minor and second degree-harrassment. The teenager landed on another crowdgoer who suffered a concussion. Akon is scheduled to appear before a judge on Monday, December 3rd.

I really hate this guy. I hope he sees jail time.
