Despite all of the issues presented by the writers’ strike, The 80th Annual Academy Awards were successfully handed out last night in Hollywood, California.  As expected, it was a huge evening for the Coen Brothers as they garnered many of the major awards.  Many critics have disagreed today over the Best Picture win, but in the end No Country was such a flawless movie that the arguments are really meaningless.  Hey, at least Michael Moore went home empty handed!

Best Achievement in Art Direction:  Sweeney Todd: The Demon Barber of Fleet Street
